Refund & Cancellation Policy

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer. We make every effort to service the order(s) placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the merchants the order is not shipped by the seller then the order shall be cancelled and refunded.

The order may be cancelled before 72 hours if order work is not in working process. If order is cancelled after 72 hours then there will be no any refund process.

Process:

Please connect with our customer care via Online Form or call. The customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, warranty terms, etc and shall take the request for refund or exchange.

Please Note:

On cancellation of an order, you are entitled to receive refund based on pay mode table mentioned in refund timelines. ITS Gwalior is not liable to pay any penalty or compensation to the customer for cancellation of any order, for reason mentioned above.

Refund Policies for Training/Course Students

:

1. Enrollment & Registration

Admission to any course is confirmed only after full/partial payment of the course fee.
Students must provide correct personal details at the time of registration.

2. Registration Policy

Registration Fee: ₹1,000 (non-refundable and not included in the course fee).
Validity: Registration is valid only for a maximum of 3 days of classes.
Refund Rule: After 7 days from the first installment payment, no refund will be applicable.

3. Refund Policy by Course

Graphic Design Course
- Total Course Fee: ₹20,000 (offer price).
- Includes: Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Refund Condition: If a refund is requested within 7 days, the fee will be calculated per software:
  - Photoshop – ₹15,000
  - Illustrator – ₹15,000
  - Canva – ₹5,000
- For the software already covered in class, 30% of its price will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded (excluding the registration fee).
Digital Marketing Course
- Total Course Fee: ₹20,000 (offer price, subject to change).
- Includes 5 Modules:
  - SEO – ₹5,000
  - Social Media Marketing – ₹5,000
  - Google Marketing – ₹5,000
  - Graphic Design using Canva – ₹5,000
  - Content Marketing – ₹5,000
- Refund Condition: If a refund is requested within 7 days, the fee will be calculated per module.
  For the modules already covered, 30% of their price will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded (excluding the registration fee).
Web Development Course
- Total Course Fee: ₹25,000 (offer price; actual price ₹40,000).
- Includes:
  - Front-End – ₹15,000
  - Programming Language – ₹10,000
  - Framework – ₹10,000
  - Database – ₹5,000
- Refund Condition: If a refund is requested within 7 days, the fee will be calculated per module.
  For the modules already covered, 30% of their price will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded (excluding the registration fee).

Note: If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed and paid after 60 days from the date of approval.

4. Changes & Cancellations

The institute reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel classes in case of unavoidable circumstances.
Any changes will be communicated in advance through official channels.

5. Legal & Compliance

Students must comply with all policies of the institute during their training.
Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of local courts only.
